Joe Neuser, age 47, town of Mishicot resident, died unexpectedly Wednesday evening, September 30, 2026 as the result of a UTV accident.
Joe was born in Manitowoc on November 16, 1978 to Gerald and Marilyn (Ebenhoe) Neuser. He attended Mishicot schools, graduating from Mishicot High School with the class of 1997. He then furthered his education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s farming short course. During his high school years, Joe along with his brother Christopher each received the American Farmer Degree through the FFA Chapter. Joe worked alongside his parents on the family farm since his childhood years, eventually taking over majority ownership of their current United Vision Dairy LLC in the town of Mishicot. Joe was also currently co-owner of Thirsty Joe’s Bar & Grill of Mishicot. He was an avid hunter, especially enjoying deer hunting seasons; while his greatest adventure included an African Safari in 2023. Joe was a FFA Alumni Member, and member of Westshore Sportsman’s Club. He will be remembered as a warm hearted person who enjoyed life; he loved to socialize and could strike up a conversation with anyone.
Joe is survived by his parents, Gerald and Marilyn Neuser; and two sisters & a brother-in-law, Sarah Neuser of Adell, WI, Paula (John) Brown of Mishicot. He had a very fond loving relationship with his only nephew, Christian; and is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many many friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher Neuser; his maternal and paternal grandparents, Edward and Charlotte Ebenhoe, George and Agnes Neuser; along with several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Mishicot. The Mass of Christian Burial will be con-celebrated by Fr. Leo Kondru and Fr. Christian Raj, with entombment in Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum at a later date.
Friends may call at the Lambert-Eckert Funeral Home, 344 S. State Street in Mishicot Friday evening, October 9th from 4:00 until 7:00 pm. A prayer service led by Fr. Bill O’Brien will conclude the evening at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue Saturday morning at the church from 9:00 until 10:45 am.
